Tarrahill CLEMENTINE

Style: Tarrahill Clementine is a red blend made from the vineyard’s various varieties. The components and their proportions vary with the vintage, depending on what’s available in what quantities and what results in a blend that’s an improvement on its parts. The parts are fermented and matured separately and blended only shortly before bottling. The label bears a drawing of our granddaughter, Clementine and is named for her.
